Project Application Form

Please fill out this request form as thoroughly as possible and answer
these questions. Have you exhausted all other funding sources? Hood
Canal School is NOT a non-profit institution. HCEF was founded in 2009
to take advantage of grants and donations to 501 (c) 3 non-profits to
further the educational needs of Hood Canal students. Please check
with the school’s business manager to ensure there will be no
duplication of effort. The school often has money available for different
projects from grants that have a time limit on funds. Your project must
fall into one of the categories on the last page. At the project’s
conclusion, a report is required on your “success” to be delivered to an
HCEF officer in a timely manner.
